The Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management is a comprehensive program designed to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in the dynamic and growing hospitality and tourism industries. Over a duration of 6 months, students will gain a thorough understanding of both sectors, with a focus on hospitality operations. The course covers key areas including hospitality management, customer service for hospitality and tourism, food and beverage services, front office operations, and tourism operations.
The course combines theoretical learning with practical, hands-on experience, preparing students for real-world challenges. Upon completion, students will be ready to enter the workforce or pursue further study in the fields of hospitality and tourism management. Following the 6-month academic phase, students will undertake a 6-month industrial attachment, offering valuable experience in a professional setting to complete their diploma.

To introduce students to tourism operations and destination management, providing them with the knowledge to support the growth of tourism businesses, including sustainable practices and strategic planning for tourism destinations
To prepare students for professional careers in the hospitality and tourism industries by providing them with the opportunity for hands-on learning through an industrial attachment, bridging the gap between academic theory and real-world experience
