Policies and Procedures Refund for WSQ Courses

  • Refund can be initiated through the following:

    • Withdrawal request for WSQ course by learner or

    • Lodging a refund request

  • For learners who withdraw from the course, the School or SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) will process any eligible refund. Refunds for payments made via SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) will be handled by SSG, while refunds for other payment modes will be processed by the School, subject to the applicable refund policy.

  • All refunds are processed within 7 working days upon receipt of the request.
