Course Objectives
This course is designed to provide basic principles of workplace communication plus how effectively communicate digitally via the Internet. This course also covers digital communication etiquettes for online communication channels.

At the end of the course participants will be able to:
Use appropriate traditional and digital communication techniques and tools to suit different communication styles within formal and informal settings
Apply a range of communication styles and approaches to engage various audiences
Apply and use effective traditional and digital communication techniques when interacting to create clear lines of communication within the workplace
Interpret and respond to traditional and digital information received

Entry Requirement
Minimal education qualification is PSLE with 1 year of relevant working experience
Speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the WPL Level 4, and manipulate numbers at a not lower than the WPN Level 4
Ability to type

SSG Advice:
Student must achieve 75% course attendance, and also pass the assessment to be eligible for SSG Funding.
