Terms and Conditions

  • Company/student must complete all procedures stated in the TPGateway portal to be eligible for SSG funding. In the event of failed course funding by SSG, company/student has to pay Genetic Computer School Full Course Fees
  • Bank Transfer, Cheque details, Giro details, Funds Transfer details are required by SSG during the claiming process. Kindly expedite payment once invoice is received.

  • Student must achieve 75% course attendance, and also to pass the Assessment to be eligible for SSG funding. Assessment Result is graded as Competent or Not Yet Competent.
  • 1st test is free, 1st retest is free, 2nd Retest fees is to be collected from company/student on the 2nd retest/assessment.
    –  Retest for Level 1, 2, 3 is $43.60,
    –  Retest for Level 4, 5, 6 is $87.20
    –  RETEST must be completed within 12 days from last test date.
  • Statement of Attainment (SOA) is issued via SSG e-cert system only when trainee is graded “Competent”. Trainee is to download and print using SingPass ID and password and to log into Skillsfuture website  about 1 week from assessment date
  • Student who are absent on Day 2, must produce proof of absence e.g. MC, letter from company, letter from hospital to entitle a make-up lesson.
    Make-up lesson must complete within 12 days from start course date.
  • Issuance of Certificate is based on full collection of course fee from company/student.
  • Cancellations / withdrawals are NOT allowed once a written confirmation has been sent to the company/student.
  • Genetic reserves the right to cancel or postpone the training session where enrolment is insufficient, or due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Student is to participate in SSG TRAQOM surveys, and student to provide e-mails and mobile number. The survey results will allow SSG and Training Providers to measure the effectiveness of the course and improve the training program
