Target Audience
For learners to be equipped with the basic skills to effectively perform general, manual cleaning activities in a public area.
Certification
Successful trainees will receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by SSG
This course is meant for learners who are new to the cleaning industry. Learners after the training will be able to:
display the appropriate safety signage at designated area to prevent accidents during the course of cleaning the surroundings
perform cleaning in the public areas and the related amenities in accordance to organizational procedures and guidelines
collect assigned tools, equipment and supplies and place them on rack receptacles

Entry Requirement
Speak, listen and write simple English equivalent to WPL Level 1.
Little or no formal education needed.

SSG Advice:
Student must achieve 75% course attendance, and also pass the assessment to be eligible for SSG Funding.
All Singaporean aged 25 and above can use their $500 SkillsFuture Credit to pay for a wide range of approved skills-related courses.
