Policies and Procedures Refund for WSQ Courses

  • Refund can be initiated through the following:

    • Withdrawal request for WSQ course by learner or

    • Lodging a refund request

  • For learners who withdrawn from the course, CAE will initiate refund if eligible either by cash or through SFC. Refund mode depends on how they paid the course.

  • All refunds are processed within 7 working days upon receipt of the request.
