Course Objectives
This course is designed to provide knowledge and skills in managing digital assets and file management using cloud storage and other online collaboration tools. This course also covers types of security processes when storing digital assets on cloud or network storage.

Entry Requirement
- Minimal education qualification is PSLE with 1 year of relevant working experience
- Speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the WPL Level 4, and manip-ulate numbers at a not lower than the WPN Level 4.
At the end of the course participants will be able to:
- track, record, and archive information by adhering to digital asset management protocols
- set up and administer a file naming system for the collated information and prepared documentation in alignment with the established standards and procedures
- save files using appropriate format and perform consistent and regular backup
- retrieve files from archive system and maintain version control
