Course Objectives
This course address the skills and knowledge required to handle diversity. It includes recognising the importance of inclusiveness, demonstrating the use of emotional intelligence and resilience to handle diversity in the service environment, and monitoring one’s actions in handling diversity.

Target Audience
For Learners who want to recognize the importance of inclusiveness, EQ, etc. in diverse service environments.
Certification
Successful trainees will receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by SSG
Entry Requirement
-Reading, Listening and Speaking of English to a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System (ESS) Literacy Level 3.
-Those who do not meet educational, literacy and numeracy requirement will be counselled and reviewed on a case to case bases before enrolment
At the end of the course participants will be able to:
- work alongside one another with different ages, genders, physical abilities, religions, ethnicities, nationalities and characteristics
- manage the organization’s manpower to drive excellence
