a.      No resit is permitted for students who wish to improve the attained mark of a module.

b.      Students need to register for resit within 1 week upon the release of the result slip.

c.       All resit will be processed and arranged immediately or before the next semester starts. It is a must for students to re-sit the failed module(s) on the dates advised by the Student Admin Executive.

d.      Genetic will not provide revision and/or tutorial for students who request for a resit. If needed, then the student shall request for re-module (refer to re-module process).

e.       If the failed modules are equal or greater than 50% of the total number of modules in the semester and did not register within 1 week upon the release of the result slip, students are advised to do re-module (refer to re-module process).

f.       If the total number of failed modules is equal or greater than 50% of the total number of modules of the course, students are advised to do re-module or enroll again the entire course (refer to re-module or Enrollment process). If didn’t request for re-module, students are barred to take the exam and are deemed withdrawn/terminated from the course.

g.      The maximum resit of the module is two (2). Otherwise, students are advised to do re-module.

h.      All marks for resit will not be more than 60.
